Morning Workout.

Hey, gotta get it in whenever you can, wherever you can.

Is it hard at times to find the time to workout? Hell yes. Isn’t it for everyone, though?

I remember, Pre-FoH, the days when I thought I just didn’t have the time to workout. Ha! I look back on those days, weeks, months and years and wonder now what in the hell I did with all that free time I thought I didn’t have.

My point here is: you just simply make time. Was it harder when FoH was a baby? Oh dear lord was it. There were times that trying to workout for 30 minutes took me literally four hours. It was the cluster feedings. The exhaustion. The never ending diaper changes.

But I did it. Somehow. Don’t ask me exactly how, because many of those days are a complete and total sleep deprived blur.

There was actually a much more flattering picture of me and FoH. But I didn’t want to show you pretty. I want to show you real. You know, that sexy bloat.

I want to show you that, if you look close enough, my belly button never properly set after I had FoH. My body is far from perfect. But it grew a human. THIS human!

That’s nothing short of an incredible miracle. I love myself more now than ever.
