Getting There.

The thing that has shocked me — with both pregnancies — is how slow post partum my strength is to come back.

I gave myself a year. And I just now feel as I did prior to becoming pregnant. I can walk at the pace I’m used to, I can handle my workouts. It’s like a lightswitch — it’s suddenly back on and so am I.

If you are struggling, know that it’s okay. You will get to where you want to be.

Stay consistent. Focus on being healthy and enjoying that baby.
