Yoga Time.

There’s so much on my mind, yet not enough time at this current moment, so you’re left with this.

Me about to head out to yoga.

It’s the last thing on the face of the earth I feel like doing right now. Which means it’s probably just the thing I need.

Interesting how that works, isn’t it?

Sidenote Update @ 10:15 p.m. :

I am, yet again, reminded of just how powerful movement {of body and energy} and breath is. I feel great!

If anything I’m a little too awake. Ten minutes into class this evening and I felt like a new person.

I’m so thankful to have yoga in my life and to help bring it into the lives of others … truly, it is a life changer. Try it. Even just a few minutes can make such a difference in how you feel.

I’m now off to get my mantra meditation on. I figure if I write it out on here that I’m doing it, then it’s a way to hold myself accountable. I’ve done this one before, but never quite made the 40 straight days of it.

Somehow I always fell off the bandwagon Friday and Saturday {imagine that}, only to pick back up on Sundays. This time I’m committing to it.

I started last night. Here comes Day 2 …
