Alice.

Like most children, I loved Alice In Wonderland.

It wasn’t until many years later, that I picked it up as an adult to read and fell in love over and over again with it.

I think it was this line that really hooked me, I knew who I was this morning but I’ve changed a few times since then.”

And the kicker, when the story truly stole a piece of my heart, “You”, he said, “are a terribly real thing in a terribly false world, and that, I believe, is why you are in so much pain.”

Doesn’t this sum up so much for us, People? The daily dichotomies of who we are each day, the different roles we play and the various {self} aspects of who we call forth.

Lewis Carroll so clearly articulated the human experience. Being real, along with loving is one of the hardest things to do.
