Yoga.
Like all things, and as seems the natural circle and cycle — yoga, for me kinda fell to the wayside there for a bit.
I stopped. I stepped away. My focus took a different physically challenging and demanding route.
I needed that break.
The other week, I found myself feeling off, and the first thought I had was, I need yoga.
I’ve slowly started my journey back to the meditations, poses and kriyas and People.
It feels so good. I feel Home. It’s a next right thing kind of thing for me.
