The Sweat Life.

I’m a firm believer in getting it on … at the gym, outside, inside … wherever and whenever.

Any time, any place.

I’m talking about working out, body in motion, sweating it out.

Geez, what did you think I was saying?

I can’t help but wonder if every single one of us … and I know that’s a lot, like over 7 Billion peeps … um our worldwide population is over 7 Billion, right?

Is it bad that McDonald’s is my human body reference count?

Anyway … what would happen if all of us worked out. Did something. Got some form of exercise and movement each day?

I happen to think we’d have a dramatic and drastic shift.

It’s like wishing we could all be on some amazing and legal psychedelic drug at the same time — I have a theory that would bring world peace but that is totally unrealistic and illegal.

I tend to go towards the legal highs. Exercise is definitely one of those.

Endorphins, endorphins, endorphins, baby.

I have {another} theory that we all need to move it and shake it, everyday in order to be and function at our best.

To stay healthy, positive and energetic.

This is just science at work, and the one thing I actually learned during AP Bio my senior year, when I wasn’t busy breaking a record number of test tubes.

Something’s not right if you’re not sweating everyday.

So the next time you find yourself feeling blah, tired, sad, angry, hell, even if you feel on top of the world happy – go outside.

It’s amazing just what fresh air alone will do for you.

Start walking. It’s incredibly balancing and I promise, you will feel worlds better.

Or go get a pirated copy of P90X.

You don’t have to belong to a gym.

Just go and move it move it.
