I can’t decide if that’d be really pathetic or really cool. It’s just one of those mornings. Where …

I already had a hard enough time rousing myself from slumber with the newly reunited BF. Aren’t reunions just great? So yeah, the last thing I wanted to do was leave a warm, comfy bed with that fine piece laying there.

I’ve been playing music on Pandora, hoping that will wake me and what I want to know is … why is “Kiss The Girl” from The Little Mermaid playing right now on the Rihanna channel? Is this a mistake and I accidentally clicked for Disney show tunes?

I should totally take my own advice and bust out with some yoga kriyas to get my energy flowing … Shoulder Stand with breath of fire is a great one to do.

Yesterday was such a glorious food day. I just love food. Seriously, how do some people have the discipline to not eat? You’d think as a former fatty, I might have had an eating disorder but that definitely was not the case.

And it was great to spend time with Aunt J and see other family members I hadn’t seen in a while.

Alright.

I am off to go get the yoga on. I’ll let you know how it goes. I’m sure there’s nothing that yoga can’t fix … as well as some kettlebell swings.
