Do something creative.

Go outside.

Breathe deeply.

Laugh.

Walk. Or run. Or skip and jump, too.

Yoga.

Today is one of those days where I’m just so happy to be here, to be alive. This spirit living a human existence thing? Today, it’s worth it. I get it. I’m there.

And I hope you’ll join … in the thereness. Look, I just came up with a new word. I like to think anything where I add, “ness” onto the end is suddenly dictionary worthy.
