Everyone Started This Way.

One of the {many} thoughts that fascinates me every time I am caring for Baby J {so that’s pretty much a minimum of 900 times per day}, is:

This is how each and every single one of us started.

We all began as this helpless, tiny human. No voice, no body control. Such limitations all across the board, yet with so much to give. And someone, somewhere, had to take enough care and love to make sure that we made it.

Each time those arms stretched out to pick us up, there was the gentleness that only a newborn can command and demand of a care giver.

This reminds me, of how loved we all were upon arrival. We had to have been, regardless of horrific things that have happened … The Truth remains that someone loved enough to make sure we survived.
