Yoga.

Today I got both a walk and the yoga on.

I need both of these. It might take some compromise to cut back on my time in order to fit both in, but I am committed to making it happen.

The walk gets my pent up energy out, plus the whole aspect of being outside, fresh air, etc etc. And the yoga. Well. That completely nourishes my soul. Not to mention plays a huge part in how good I feel.

As I was meditating in between yoga poses, I noticed my breath. Could hear my breath. When had I last taken the time to just be still, to hear the sound of my own breathing?

That’s all it took for the reset button to be hit. To be filled with the Truth that happiness is always just a breath away from us.
