I am thinking about acceptance tonight.

This is one of the things I have come to appreciate about late night pumping sessions … time to reflect.

Specifically, I am thinking about acceptance of Self. Which goes hand in hand with Self Love. Which goes hand in hand with my ever continuing journey with Self Love.

Acceptance of others cannot happen until acceptance of our selves comes first. Have you ever noticed that what we criticize in another is what we criticize within us?

I am striving to accept myself just as I am. Knowing this I will see the world just as it is — accepting the world as it is. From that will be born harmony … love. More love.
