I was walking B this afternoon and feeling great.

You just can’t remain in a negative space when moving. It’s not just fact, it’s the science of our body at work. Or more accurately, cross lateral movement at work.

As I was enjoying the day, the warm sun and admiring the gorgeous fall colors on the leaves, I noticed something on the sidewalk.

It looked like a child’s playing card. I picked it up and read the following:

“Always be joyful. I will say it again. Be joyful.”

Talk about a message. And The People. They were definitely the messengers behind this.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again … do I have the best People or what!

I felt so in tune and so … well, joyful the rest of our walk. How could I not?

It reminded me how I felt at Carcassonne, as I looked at this store window. Experiencing such a reminder that all in this Universe is possible.
