This is one of my favorite spots and one of my most favorite trails ever at the lake.

I’ve never run into anyone else here and every time I feel a little like Columbus, discovering new land and territory for the first time.

That I can bring FoH here and he is now cognizant and old enough to experience how damn awesome it is … well, that’s just the best.

I hope he never loses this sense of wonder at the world.
