One of the great things of having a small wedding 500 miles away is that you get to {also} spend quality family time.

I realize this might be a true living hell for some of you, so ignore that if that’s the case. For me it’s meant these two and any time I get with them around is always treasured.

Did I mention that they were my flower girl and ring bearer? Except that in typical me fashion, I changed their duties at the last minute and they were my rose carriers. They rocked it.

We’ve been spending a lot of qt with the Disney Channel. I’m completely terrified by how zoned all three of us are in this picture. The magic of Disney — it’s very alive.

Today the majority of the fam is off doing the Mackinac Bridge Walk. I was all about it, till I woke up to rain and freezing temps. It suddenly sounded like a nightmare, so TC and I are off to go explore the M-119, take in the Tunnel Of Trees and have him take me out to lunch where he’ll insist the whole time that I should be taking him out.

And then there will be more relaxing and more nothing and more slowing down. The perfect post wedding week.
