So I did it, ya’ll. I sat and stared meditated on a window. Well, a few windows.

I started with one in the living room that bothers me, due to all the paint nicks running along the lower side. I thought this would be the perfect place to start, since it has the power to suck me into the storm of all that’s wrong.

And it’s a lot harder to get sucked into that storm when it’s low lighting, aka nighttime. Who and what doesn’t look better in low lighting? Huge fan of the low lights.

I then went into the kitchen to ponder life’s meaning and ended upstairs in the office.

Here’s what happened, People. Beauty! Beauty and perfection happened. As though I should have ever doubted that it wouldn’t, coming from Guru B, but ya know — you gotta experience these things for yourself.

I found it fascinating to be an outside observer of my racing mind … first wanting to pick apart all that was wrong and then seeing, nothing was wrong, save for what I wanted to “make up” and “call” as “wrong”.

I highly suggest you take the time to meditate on your own window, or heck, all of ’em. Go buck wild on the beauty and perfection front.
