The other week I walked into the girls bathroom and was greeted by the single best sight ever.

Neon {NEON!!!!} post its placed all along the outside of the mirror with inspirational messages.

Tell me how in the hell you can have a bad day when you are greeted with this:

You are beautiful and deeply loved.

You can change the world.

Today is your day.

Breathe. Everything will be ok.

Don’t give up.

Have a wonderful day! You deserve it.

Don’t let others determine your worth.

You are MORE than enough.

I think that last one was my favorite. Because, sigh. Yes, I am a continual work in progress on self love, self discovery and self acceptance. I am still working on letting myself off the hook.

We are all already enough as is. We always will be.
